Tutting = Choreographed Dancing With Your Arms, Hands & Fingers

This is not gang signs thrown up and synchronized to music, nor is it a faddish line dance.   This is tutting — a form of artistic expression that employs predominantly one’s arms, hands and fingers to tell a little story.  It borrows some from popping and locking, often using specific and deliberate movements that are commenced or completed in synchronization with changes to the music the dance is synchronized with.   BuzzFeed just elevated the collective consciousness’ awareness of the tutting art form with the above video – but dig deeper with some of these tutorials and tutting performance videos.
