Gritty, throwback rockers The Diamond Light did more than impress on Monday night at The Satellite – they launched what looks to be an epic residency. Playing a fierce, roughly 45 minute set – the trio jammed old tunes, new tunes (like “Heathens” - which is great!) and even some sexy covers (“Seed 2.0″ – The Roots). Dressed in custom, limited edition, velvet looking suits, the TDL boys brought their A+ game just after friends Great White Buffalo rocked the crowd. Continuing through the month, TDL has recruited The Herbert Bail Orchestra, The Black & White and a couple other great acts to join their weekly FREE Monday night party.
