Fellowship of the Wing Will Melt Your Face

The realms of jam lords birthed a band in 2017 known as John Kadlecik’s Fellowship of the Wing.  Forged in the fires of the Golden Gate Wingmen, and featuring a healthy line up of musicians that have all performed with original members of the Dead, it’s basically GGW with a revolving line-up when a GGW core member is not available.   Their shows boast epic covers of classic guitar backed projects from The Who to Van Morrison, and obviously lots of Dead tunes…and they are rolling into Teragram Ballroom on Tuesday May 21st for one night only.

On guitar and vocals is John Kadlecik, the sideman to Lesh and Weir in Further, and an original member and co-founder of Dark Star Orchestra.  Jay Lane mans the drums, bringing his experience from backing Ratdog, Furthur and Primus.  Reed Mathis, of Electric Beethoven and Golden Gate Wingmen, holds down bass and vocals, infusing the set with some soulful lyrics and jazz improvisations.   Beethoven brethren Todd Stoops completes the quartet on keys.    With this squad — its definitely going to get a little noodly, but only in the best of ways.

Snag tickets for $20 and get ready to rock out on a Tuesday and enter our contest for tickets to the show by sharing this on social media and tagging @teragramla and @supergoodmusic.   Email contest@supergoodmusic.com to enter the contest as well.   Winner(s) will be notified on Monday.
