Do You Consent? – Volume XXVIII – Inspired By Ibiza

The latest installment of DO YOU CONSENT?, Volume #28, comes hot on the heels of a creatively inspiring trip to Barcelona and surrounding islands, including Ibiza and Formentera.   As an ode to the Camelphat set at Club HIGH, Camelphat‘s Full Sugar Mix of Simon MillsCola” opens the mix up, flowing right into Jean Tonique‘s remix of “What Do You Feel” by Violet Sands.   Notorious party starter Dillon Francis’ “GO OFF (Nuthin 2 It)” slides in to get the party amplified and bangs into Flosstradamus and Good Times Ahead’s latest collaboration “Waffle House.“   Jamie Trench‘s “Locks, Frocks & 2 Floating Sparrows” attempts to begin the slide back down to a slightly lesser tempo through Kaytranada‘s edit of Beverlay‘s “Typically Her” and the Spanish tinged “Vamos A La Playa.”   After going to that sonic beach, Wealstarr, Junktion and Never Dull hold down the mix until Mark Blair‘s sneakily playful “Biggie Was A Jazz Fan (Dub)” mix that slides right into Gilligan Moss‘ underrated “Want U So Bad” with the catchy, catchy line ”I can’t sit still when you’re looking at me” and followed by the highly suggestive I want you so bad I can’t relax.   I know you feel the same and thats a fact.    So lets get to it.  So lets get moving on,” this track definitely sets the vibe for something consensual and sexual to go down.    Ride out that energetic high with Kraak & Smaak‘s “Don’t Want This To Be Over” before ending with Linkwood‘s “Tears” and Isaac Tichauer‘s “Doing What I Got.
