Cloud Nothings Hit The Roxy for 2 Nights!

Cleveland based atmospheric indie rock trio, Cloud Nothings, roll thru The Roxy on July 8th and 9th to shred the stage and continue their tour promoting Here and Nowhere Else, their fourth album. ┬áReleased by Carpark Records – Here and Nowhere Else received rave reviews from media, including an 8.7 out of 10 from Pitchfork and lead single “I”m Not Part Of Me” has catalyzed handfuls of new listeners to join their cloud.

Joined by upstarts METZ on both dates – who sold out Los Angeles their last time thru – these back to back shows bring tune-age that might ordinarily be housed in eastside locales like The Echo, The Echoplex, The Satellite or Los Globos to the glitzier streets of West Hollywood. Is this a sign of a changing tide? Is Sunset Strip migrating to actually be an indie rock destination or is this just a short interruption from the more aggressive rock and throwback sounds that are often found at The Viper Room? Whether things are changing or not – these shows are ones you probably don’t want to miss if you dig guitars. We will be sending some lucky fans courtesy of our Goldenvoice sponsored contest to the show on July 8th! Enter by emailing contest@supergoodmusic.com with some reasons why you should win or try tweeting out to @supergoodmusic @theroxy @goldenvoice @cloud_nothings @metztheband. To eager to wait on contest results? Then get your tickets here for July 8th or July 9th.
